Description

Consult with guests about their desired waxing, sugaring and spray tanning service. Follow protocol, recommend the appropriate aftercare products and provide education. Deliver exceptional technical service with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the client's expectations. Responsible for building a repeat client base and introducing company sponsored promotions while following all standardized policies and procedures. We need someone who is able to work weekends and holidays.

Skills Desired

 

Perform all kinds of waxing and sugaring services including Brazilians . Males too!  Proficient in the application of hard/soft wax and other equipment or products needed to perform service(s).

​

• Ability to perform wax services is preferred.

• Knowledge of sugaring hair removal method. Willing to train the right person.

• Proficient in performing facials including skin analysis.

• Ability to up sell products and services with confidence and ease.

• Ability to show empathy and make clients comfortable and maintain loyal relationships.

• Strong work ethic with pride in providing quality services.

• Detail oriented.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Upbeat and positive attitude.

• Strong Team Player.

• Self Motivated and pro-active during down time.

• Reliable.

• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

• Ability to upkeep rooms and common areas to maintain a clean and professional environment.
