When you arrive, please check in on your phone and wait in your car until notified that it is safe to come in.
Only one guest per appointment. If you have arrived with a friend or spouse, kindly ask them to wait outside or in the car.
Upon entry, use the hand sanitizer located at the reception desk.
If the door is locked, you can text or call (925) 945-7700. We will let you know when your esthetician is ready for you in order to limit the number of people in the salon.
If you have arrived early, please wait outside in your car. You can text or call us to let us know you have arrived.
Please wear a face covering at all times. Estheticians will be wearing a mask, shield or both during their appointment. If you do not have your own mask, you can purchase one.
All treatment rooms and instruments will be sanitized between each client. We ask for your patience.
If you or anyone in your household have any symptoms of fever, coughing, cold or feeling ill you need to reschedule your appointment to a later date. We cannot perform your service if we feel you are ill or unwell.

Need to Change Appointment:
Please advise that if you change your appointment there is no guarantee that we can accommodate you. We recommend calling if your appointment is within 24 hours.
If you are more than five minutes late we cannot guarantee your appointment time. Depending on our bookings for the day, we may need to reschedule your service. We understand that life happens and will try our best to accommodate you.
Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. For all missed appointments there will be a 50% service charge.
Service Provider Policy:
